Freezes/Pauses/stutters when near airport airports

Hello,

I have an issue of pauses/stutters at airports. When i start the flight until i’m far enough from airport and when i land. There is the video of my problem :

I don’t use developper mode.

Specs : RTX 2070 mobile i7 10th gen 16 go RAM

I encountered this problem since the lastest version.
I’m on microsoft edition
I did not submit to zendesk.
