FS Realistic Pro not working?

Hi guys, purchased & installed this mod, i start it up & sayts connected with a message to say start MSFS. I do but nothing happens & still shows same message to start a flight in MSFS which i have done, i dont see any “effects” tab? ive installed the mod on my D: drive in a custom folder.

any ideas?

Hey Captain, make sure to start a flight and also not to be on pause or active pause
