I also updated FSR to the latest version but didn’t notice any strange behavior with the PMDG-737.
But… there are several other topics about freezes that occur after flying around for 8 minutes. Some blame the latest NVidia driver but at this moment there doesn’t seem to be a direct cause in relation to this driver (or FSR).
In your case I’d start with ruling out possible causes. This means disabling any mods or addons you’re using (including the PMDG-737). Keep us posted about your results.
