Brief description of the issue:
FS CTD about 5-10 seconds after trying to start. I see the icon at the bottom right spin about 2 times and then CTD. This is after only the initial 1 gb install. This is error in event viewer:

Iāve uninstalled/reinstalled visual studio c++ runtimes, Iāve underclocked CPU and GPU, Iāve disabled all virus protection and literally all apps that are in startup, updated my display drivers, disabled my sound, disconnected my internet, have the English language pack installed. Nothing has solved it. Steam will not refund me even though I only have 13 h and it hasnāt worked since April.
