• Have the reported problem and the issue with the world map spinning uncontrollably if I look at it the wrong way.
• First time the mouse cursor froze for several seconds before CTD. Second time it came back before the CTD.
• Different additional peripherals (Saitek Yoke+extra throttle, two generic USB joystick boards, Thrustmaster Throttle, vjoy device, xbox controller).

    The game CTDs when trying to ajust Tobii Eye Tracker Sensitivity curves.

How often does this occur for you? (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)

100% of the times you click on the sensitivity settings for the peripheral, its been like this since the tech alpha.

  2. Navigate to Tobii peripheral
  3. Click on the sensitivity settings, CTD.

Bugs like this show the absolutely abysmal level of care and testing that went into this product.

The fact that alpha testers reported such a significant bug (100% reproducible too) and were hand-waived away is a testament to how little you care for the user base while being hyper-vigilant for the bottom line, shareholders, deadlines and gasp all of the marketing materials with the ‘2024’-tag line.

To those in the ranks who were likely the detracting voices, squelched by ■■■■■■ greater than you, thank you for your efforts, sorry this went the way it did.

Having the same issue as everyone else it seems.
CTD when trying to open sensitivity curves.
Repeatable 100% of the time.

Same issue here. And to read on this tread that this was happening in the Alpha yet they still went ahead without a fix while touting compatibility is very disappointing to hear.

This problem was repoerted on the Alpha version :sweat_smile: I can confirm this has not been fixed in the current version.

Yes +1 to this. Had the same issue in the alpha as well. Assumed it was due to it being a preview but clearly not.

Yeah me too, actually for me the overall experience has been kinda the same as the alpha preview… terrain and things do not load, large waiting times, this tobii thing…

• Cannot believe they expected only 200k flight simmers to try out msfs 2024 on day 1 after all the hype, then completely ignore alpha complaints about Tobii, one the most immersive & popular controls of the game. Atrocious rollout and the last 24 hours has been a clinic on how NOT to roll out a product you have any pride in.

It then tries to load the Hardware Settings, but a CTD follows shortly after

Shame on you developers!!! MSFS 2024 is whole catastrophe. I found several bugs with my Logitech X56 H.O.T.A.S(autopilot buttons dont work, thrust work only for left engine) ,but I don’t have a time to search in forums and make posts. I am really disappointed. And this issue with Tobii? This is non-sense. Its working flawlessly in MSFS 2020 and after 4 years of development, its not working? Come on. This is just the beginning, as those issues are most visible for the user, and for me is using Tobii crucial. But what about other functions autopilot, ILS, etc? I don’t have a time became your tester and spend another 3 years in my life waiting for improvements and patches.I will ask for refund. Shame on you. I don’t understand how you can release such ■■■■. If I will do such mistake in my company I will be fired out.

Also same issue. Atempting to change settings for tobii in MSFS24 crashes to desktop. I just want to change head tracking sensistivity and turn off eye tracking (too distracting)
