Struggling how to set this up.
I want it in a custom FS2024 folder on my G drive
Its installing 12 gig in the xboxgames folder on G … but i want all in that FS2024 folder
Any clue ?
Select your preferred drive and folder in the xbox app. Look in options. It will list the current and option drive/folders, but not all.
If you want a custom folder on any drive:
Before you open xbox app, go to the DRIVE you want, create a NEW FOLDER(example msfs 2024).
Now open xbox app(settings)
and select the drive/folder you just created.

Once installed you can probably use the add/remove programmes in settings to move it to the custom folder you want

But then all future programs will be installed there right … so after install i need to move it
Also … when i follow what u mean wont i get a double folder …. So FS2024 instead off xboxgames …. And in that again a microsoft flight sim folder ?
You can change the default back or select new after installing 2024 for other stuff.
Call the base folder something else then.
The xbox app can be a little restrictive compared to normal pc app install, but we can work around it.
Found a video explaining how to get custom Packages install folder. No option for custom Community folder in sim so far
