How to disable taxi ribbon and visual navigation aids in Career Mode

Hello folks, Since launch, we’ve seen many people requesting an option to disable the on-screen navigation assistances in Career Mode. We escalated this to the devs, and they responded that this is already possible in the sim, although you have to setup a keybind (that isn’t mapped by default) to toggle these aids on or off.
