FSLTL - FS Live Traffic Liveries is live!

Mine was instant

I’ve yet to see any GA traffic actually take off or land using VFR 40 % in FSLTL.
The manuals states GA injection is still in BETA stages.

Awesome addon, sadly to heavy for my system even reducing the traffic to 20% :slightly_frowning_face:

AIG runs a little bit better regarding performance

You set GA density in injector. Default is at 10 or 15% I think. haven’t tried setting higher. I’ve heard ATC chatter to cessnas though with FSLTL so I think they are there somewhere. I’ve only seen a small business jet land. Perhaps having the density at bigger than 10% might help them appear though.

Thanks for the reply. I guess i must have done something wrong then

I’ll try again.

It looks like I had chosen a username that had already been taken. The error messages on that screen need work methinks.

I tried everything but still can’t get that traffic to show. The irony is that AIG is way more complex to install and yet… I guess I will stick with it until I, or they, can figure out what’s the problem. :worried:

As I delete AIG I forgot to delete the folder which add on linker has created. So FSLTL was looking for a folder which does not exist. Could see it in the log. I delete the folder and it works.

I have the same issue. All add-on have been disabled the AIG folder has been deleted then the parking area and gates still empty. Everything is ok on the ‘Injector’ tool, I will try to reinstall FSLTL or MSFS…

I ve noticed that in tool bar on the top, the FSLTL menu confused with VSR Vatsim menu. In my case whatever choose to run works only the VSR. I ve just removed the VSR folder from community and no more freezes, until now.

Later that night i made a full flight and i had 2 45 secs freezes witth no CTD. I dont think that the problem is the common present of two modem matching folders.

I don’t think is a sim issue. I think they released the software a bit to soon. I sent a support request on their website but haven’t heard from them.

Same, instant.

Sorry to hear that.

I tried FSLTL at EDDL to compare the result, but my FPS remained acceptable. I have an average Pc I7-7700 / RTX3060 ti / 32GB RAM and use Medium/High settings.
I didn’t use (have) an Api code so this injection is with the default settings.

General remark: I’ve understood that using an Api code means the traffic will follow the detailed flightplan including waypoints and additional data. Without an Api code the traffic wil just fly straight from "a to b ". Could this cause a degradation in FPS? I’m far from technical so don’t take my word on it.

This is absolutely brilliant, i was looking forward to just flight releasing their real world traffic add on, this has saved me some money as using flight radar live traffic with live liveries is all i need. Amazing freeware !!!

Did I miss something? I am not seeing nameplates for the injected traffic. Is that by design?

Also, is it possible to have multiplayer traffic AND the FSLTL traffic going at the same time? Right now I’ve got the “Aviation Traffic” set to off.

(edit) Set the Aviation Traffic to “Real Time Online” and now I see players too.

GA Traffic works so far. I’ve set the GA injection to 60% and checked via littlenavmap. All works fine.

Your FPS remains “acceptable”

What is wrong a lot of you here ?
Did you ever fly before Prepar3D or FSX ??

The only downside is we don’t see the FSLTL toolbar menu, as it needs to be read inside the community folder to appear in the sim, but these commands are supposed to work the same as the menu as long as the injector window is active.

r : this will completely restart the injection by removing all aircraft in the air and reseting an history of aircraft state
x : this will remove any aircraft within 5km of your aircraft - this is useful on final when Asobo ATC often has too much stacked aircraft - someone in front? just delete them!

Anyone got the default number for max IFR traffic? I set mine to 1000 to test how my rig handled Heathrow, and the conclusion is that it was a tad high…

it was 85 for me and 15 for VFR

Your “acceptable” FPS are my dream. I hardly get 30 FPS on the ground without any ai traffic :face_savoring_food:
