FSLTL - FS Live Traffic Liveries is live!

don’t see that to be needed any longer

this program is amazing

Is there a list of all aircraft models that are avaible in FSLTL?

Here you go (for liveries): Liveries – FSLTL – FS Live Traffic Liveries

Your config settings are saved here - %APPDATA%\fsltl-trafic-injector\fsltl-trafficinjector-config.json

Not sure why it wouldn’t be saving yours though, unless you ran the injector with admin privileges on one of the occasions, which would save the settings to the admin profile?

Post SU10, content.xml is no longer used.

… my mistake. Simple press enter to continue with the previous saved settings. It always pops up what maybe could be confuse … so do me

Guys, I would not rush and delete your AIG installation, even if it takes a lot of disk space: they included a fallback mechanism looking into the AIG library if no model is available by FSLTL, so you can basically use your AIG installation to fill the gaps. I have no idea how good it works, but for example the Emirates A380 of my AIG installation are used correctly (no A380 in the FSLTL model library atm).

Means: if you rush now and replace your AIG installation with the FSLTL one, you might loose some possibilities. Besides this, SSD storage space is so cheap nowadays, if you need to uninstall AIG to make room for FSLTL you should consider buying another SSD instead

Found one downside to this is that it uses live data from flight radar well thats great until like me at the moment im uk based but in San Francisco so i have to alter time of day but in the real world it is still the middle of the night so no aircraft movements. So this is only good if flying live time or close to it
will stick with AIG never had any problems with it

Well, live is.. live

exactly and thats my point who actually does fly live? i suspect it’s a .lot lower than you think. people that work in day are they going to be flying in the dark at night after work? some may but i think most won’t also long distance involves huge flight times, who wont be speeding this up ? which means you get out of sync with live
so being limited to live makes this limiting

So no A380?

No way I will delete AIG, I spent the whole of my youth to install, update and get it worked great like now.

Yes, if there is a way, I might temporarily disable AiG to test this new tool. But I don’t think this can replace and fulfill what you have already enjoyed with AIG.

The database of AIG is huge and rich content with flightplans.

Advantage of this FSTL is easy to install and as some of you stated, better fps

If this tool work with AiG liveries and models database, it would be a dream.

I totally agree, this is also the reason why I hope that AIG will not abandon their offline traffic as soon as they also implement their “live” solution. Unless we have some kind of a history option to recreate the traffic of the last 24h for example, “live” AI traffic basically disables flights in vast parts of the world for me as well. But then, if you do your after work flights in UTC, you could basically select the location by the current time of the day. I mean, it is always day on some part of the world at any given time, no?

ha you know that there is a AIG file that you can just dowload in one go instead of using the installer?? GitHub - Samueleonard/AIG-ModelMatching-For-MSFS2020: Latest version of AIG modelmatching for MSFS2020

moi je l’est installer se matin les avions sont en parking mais pas de déplacement ou d avion volant
de plus cette après midi AI s affiche 5 minutes et plus riens ???

No A380 for the moment unless you kept your AIG installation with an A380, FSLTL Injector will then use the AIG one…

One thing i would like to see is perhaps an option for it to spawn much more than 10 parked aircraft (perhaps even with a detection for user aircraft so it can dissappear when someone logs on at the same stand)

.) No more empty hubs on VATSIM

.) No empty airports at places with large timezone differences

.) Users that still don’t like the current MSFS shortcomings of moving aircraft can still enjoy richly populated airports and at the same time benefit from dynamically parked aircraft (vs hardcoded statics that never change)

I must be in a minority but coming from Simple Traffic and using realtime online traffic in simulator this add on is a natural progression for me. I fly most of the time live. This add on is exactly what I’ve been waiting for. So simple to use too. AIG is and always has been overly complex.

the parked aircraft option is a %, so selecting 4 would be 40%

Well then great. I just watched a video so I assumed it was the exact number of aircraft. Would have been strange to limit it to just 10. In that case hurray.
