Does anyone know how I can stop the annoying coughs from the pilot? It’s driving me batty because it happens randomly and after enough of them it becomes disgusting!

If you click on the pilot coughing/ covid line it brings up on the right hand side the frequency and whether it’s random etc
There is a slider button if you click it it should go white so it disables the entire coughing realism
You can check on the left hand side of all the realism settings as now the coughing /covid setting won’t have a blue dot 
beside it

As mentioned, same place you adjust everything.
Once in the sim, and FSR has launched itself, maximize it from the taskbar, select the profile and scroll through to find coughing and disable it.

Scroll down the menu. There is more past the landing applause. I turned off the one that says sneezing. Maybe coughing is part of those sounds. I turned sneezing off and I’ve never heard any coughing either.

Thank you, yeah it must be a part of the sneezing option because after a restart it went away.

No, it isn’t. I’ve disabled sneezing, and there’s still a lunger who is coughing in the cockpit.
What disables coughing?!

Ahh - that was me. I did not make the connection between “FSRealistic Discord” and “rkApps Discord Server”. 
It would help if that was mentioned in your post! I’ve unhidden it now.
