Runs exceptionally fluidly on Xbox series X
I believe the 2070 has 8GB of VRAM not 16GB, is that is the case you might need to set textures to mid - low to make things run.. I am asking my internal beta if anyone has a card like that, if you run FSR500, theoretically it should run.
Xbox-S has 6GB of shareable memory and it runs there, but XBOX-S and XBOX-X and PS5 have a cap on textures resolution to MEDIUM.
So if you run it MEDIUM, theoretically it should work.
Best,

Absolutely true, sorry!
Thanks for your help.
With the Phenom, I always feel like something is wrong with the cockpit camera. I have all the camera settings set to default. The cockpit view seems as if it’s stretched upwards. The circles in the MFD and PFD look more like eggs. I understand that there is perspective distortion. However, I don’t have this nearly as extreme with any other aircraft. What does it look like for you guys? I have marked the circles in the image.
Maybe the Garmin UI had to be streched out to fit in the Phenoms screens? I’m guessing all the Garmin G3000 aircraft in the sim use the same base software (with additions and custom pages). I have no idea though, just a guess.
I don’t see how the cockpit camera could make those circles appear stretched out.
If there are other known square shapes on screen, and they appear square, the it may just be the avionics screens don’t actually match the image they are supposed to display. That can make a circle appear squished depending on which axis is wrong.
It has always seemed to me that something was wrong with the cockpit proportions. But maybe you’re right and only the screens have incorrect proportions. I haven’t noticed this on any other aircraft with a G3000. ![]()
The screens has the correct sizes, we got the 3D autocad files from Garmin itself.
Most likely is, the base G3000 from WT doesn’t catter for the margin it exist IRL, about 8 millimeters on left, top, right, bottom.
IRL pilots insisted I added these, so there was a gap from the border of the G3000 unit.
Honestly I never noticed what you seeing..

Whatever the reason. The display aspect ration has to be maintained to avoid distortion. One has to ask for perspective when deciding if it’s more important a black unused area around the screen is there or non distorted display giving a perfectly round compass rose.
Take that first pic. Now measure the compass rose width and height. The height is approx 5% larger. Just saying what is seen. I don’t have this aircraft but I see what’s being reported here.
I believe it is a fish eye effect on MSFS because the units are angled around 25 deg, like in the real airplane:
The further away you move back, the effect is worse, and if you are looking at it matching the angle of the eye to the unit, is absolutely fine, also from close.
The ratios of the unit are correct (1280 x 800), I been hours here doing tests, I have adjusted the cameras.cfg zoom scale and the position to minimize it..
Best

Can you also put the VR default view at the correct location?
Now it’s too far aft and much too high. You can check the position by adding a copilot and put the VR location at the same hight and forward position.
You should try chaseplane. You can very easily set the default views and compared to the default view system it is night and day in vr! You can easily tune scenic view, switch to passenger views etc something I was not used to with the default system. I was reluctant because it is said not compatible with vr but in my case it works great in vr….
I have a TB V1 yoke, and set the hat switch to move my vr view left/right/forward/back, and the botton 4 way switch to move my vr view up and down.
I was so tired of fighting with VR views in multiple planes. This solution works fantastic.
