FSTramp and MSFS

I use to be the number one cheerleader for FSTramp, but now I can not recommend it for use with MSFS. I continuously get CTD when loading the aircraft at the ramp or runway, when FSTramp is loaded or I load it after aircraft is at ramp or runway. The developer hasn 't responded to my emails concerning the error. He has responded to others, stating it is problem with our computers. I think out of 10 times I try to run it, I get it to work 1 time. This is the error I get:

Eventhough it says Flightsimulator.exe, it only crashes when I start FSTramp or it is already openned when I start a flight. I love this little program, but it hasnt been updated in a while and I feel the developer has pulled chocks on the program, possibly. I hope a fix comes soon, but as of right now, a big no for FSTramp and MSFS.

Check and make sure all the dependencies required for FSTramp are installed and are versions required or later. I have been using FSTramp since they started supporting MSFS and have never had a crash.

Let me add that error is not specific to FSTramp etc. What are the specs on your PC? What version of windows do you have not just windows 10 but is it Windows 10 ver. 2004 or 2OH2?

I only mention Fstramp cause it only crashes MSFS when I start it up before MSFS and load a flight, or have MSFS flight loaded and then start Fstramp. It started right after UK update. I will check out your advice, thanks.

Oh and I had both windows versions.

I may have a workaround. I you start in the air, like selecting a landmark, you can start FSTramp with no CTD. I just land at the airport I plan to fly from, taxi to gate, shutdown, then start my flight. Kind of a hassle, but not CTD and I can use my FSTramp.
