FSX Import Showcase

FSX BA Hornet Ported Over - With some effort, it’s working really well. Had to fix the Burners to show during daytime, fixed canopy transparency, switched cockpit with that of a Rhino (yeah I know), fixed sinking main gear; edits to aircraft.cfg to adjust speed, reduce the elevator and rudder effectiveness and increase the aileron effectiveness.

Looking and flies pretty good now IMHO.

anyone got the contrails/engine heat effect to work yet

Imported into MSFS with the Importer tool and edited the model in MCX. New animations applied, new canopy glass and edits to the cfg files.

No, it’s freeware from California Classics. Lockheed Super Constellations Make sure you download the amended model files then convert the aircraft through the Legacy Importer. All good to go!

Hello, I found on the web an FSX MSFS 2020 export of the P51_Racer from FSX.

When the aircraft appears at the start of the track in MFS 2020 the engine is on, and it runs quietly.

The aircraft takes off, and after 30 seconds the engine stops !

I am not skilled enough to know how to fend for myself, but could I be given some clues to change the fuel flow and that it be continuous ?

Regards,
Marc

Is there any place I can get these with the gauges?

interior nice?

Hello, i have “successfully” ported several planes from fsx into FS2020, however, i have a problem that i can not figure out:
Planes with full 3d cockpit gauges port absolutely fine, saving for some cfg issues, however, planes which use XML and/or DLL gauges have several issues with their panels, and they are completely unflyable, unless you use the copilot.
Is there a way to alias panels to the default planes, like we used to do in FSX and P3D?, can somebody point me to a tutorial on that?
Thanks a lot!

Is that for P3d v4 or v5?

It is for MSFS2020

What I had meant was is that the p3d v4 or v5 version in msfs2020?

Where did you get the B-29 and the gauges for it? Also, where did you get the clipper and its gauges?

I have only been porting FSX models.

Dean’s Rhino ported over. Works beautifully and will do until he gets us a native Rhino.
