Hi there. Im looking for Fuelflow charts to set up aircraft performance in LNM (LittleNavMap).
Im searching for the C208 EX fuel flows for Climb, Cruise and Descent / Approach.
Where can i find it? (It is a PT6-140 Powerplant)
And the Fuelflow should be specified in lbs or gal per hour
I just submitted an aircraft performance file for C208B. The author has posted it.
oh thanks. I dosnt looked there. Thank you!
And from where do you take the reference for your performance file? From an official Performance sheet or what?
A couple of places:
Independent operators who post the rates (for presumably potential customers), scientific organizations who post cost breakdowns for aircraft/fleet operations, general media (i.e., Flying Magazine), plus three test flights I conducted for a 75, 150, 250 NM at 5, 10 and 15K enroutes respectively. These were 70 percent loaded (pax+cargo) and full fuel payload. I was at 80-85 percent throttle, mostly AP enabled. The link quoted is correct - initial flight set a number for cruise, which I also used for the one-hour reserve and alternates.
Best numbers quoted, but I haven’t been able to confirm this in-flight - half power at 40gph but the caveat is a half-fuel load. Most RL values quote max cruise range at anywhere from 50-58 gph.
The sim may not reflect actual numbers in-flight. Given the number of Mods out there regarding Turboprop performance and the Caravan specifically, there’s more work to be done.

Thanks a lot, very interesting
LittleNavMap will collect this data for you. The best thing to do is to fly a test flight profile, climb, cruise, descent, on a clear skies day flying from sea level, then you can copy the collected data from the test flight into the LNM performance file.
This will give you real in-sim data, so when you plan using the performance file the results will be very accurate.
