Since the beginning of 2025, I don’t have the possibility anymore to call the fuel truck and catering truck. These options were available last year.
From the ATC menu in MSFS 2020.
In case of, I deleted all the 3rd party which improve certain airports (from the community directory). Also deleted all the 3rd party which improve ground vehicles and stuff like that.
I don’t see them from the external view around the aircraft.
I use Fenix A320 aircraft.

C172: you’ll not get catering truck . I think fuel truck yes but since it is not available it does not work as for the Asobo A320
A320 Fenix: if you don’t see the ground services options in the ATC window you should report it directly to Fenix support
You can always create a new report in the Bug Reporting Hub > Scenery and Airports regarding the missing fuel truck but using a 1st party aircraft as example (like the Asobo or Inibuilds A320).
After some additional testing in FS2024 I was able to get the fuel truck upon loading the sim for the 1st time (the truck is not coming right away you need to wait):
In order to get a fuel truck you need to re-launch the sim. @ClownSphere5881 : can you test on your side with a 1st party aircraft to check if you obtain the same results ?
In some cases, I have problems to get some ground services. So I did the following test.
1/ Initial situation
I park the basic A320 (default Asobo aircraft) at this location :
LFPG at gate D17.
I open the ATC menu. I can see:
Request pushback
Request fuel supply
Request ramp connection
Request baggage service
Request catering service
2/ Results
If I test each of these options, I can see the different trucks and services in action. I can see also the regarding animations.
About the Fuel supply, I never see the truck, and don’t see the fuel tank filling up. In the ATC Menu, I can see “REQUEST FUEL SUPPLY END”.
3/ New try
Going to the MSFS 2020 main menu, and launch a new flight (at the same location, or an other airport). Fuel tuck is coming after about 10’, but no refueling.
4/ Note
I tried in different big airports.
To be sure, I deleted all advanced airport 3rd party in my community folder. But same result.
I’ll test again later today in FS2024, but in yesterday tests I did, after the 1st sim launch I was seeing the truck coming (I’ll see how long is the wait since it seems truck is coming far away from the aircraft). Also noticed that it was correctly located and with pipe for the B737 and incorrectly located and with no pipe for the A320.
In order to test a different aircraft or airport and see a fuel truck, I had to restart the sim. If not I had a message in the ATC window that no fuel truck is available (FS2024).
I never paid attention to that point. In FS2020 does the aircraft tanks are filled up upon calling the fuel truck ? or is it just a visual thing to see a fuel truck ?
So to summarize the issues I am seeing in FS2024:
fuel truck only works upon the 1st launch of the sim
maybe time for the truck to arrive is too long
it is incorrectly placed (under the wing) and with no pipe for the A320 (maybe same issue with other aircraft, need further tests)
Eventually tanks are not filled up (but need to confirm if that functionality was implemented in FS2020)
. I think fuel truck yes but since it is not available it does not work as for the Asobo A320
