If you’re using the built-in G1000 overlays, they don’t work with MSFS. If you look at the LUA script behind it, it’s only X-Plane commands. That’s why they don’t work. You need to have Mobiflight installed as per the OP in this thread. The G1000 bezel you need is linked here and made by @XAxSys who started this thread.
As for why you can’t get the pop=out screens showing, you likely have a solid background for your panel and it sits on top of your pop-out. You need to set your panel to transparent.
