well, I did some tests in my system and can not replicate your problem at all, it works very well for me every time… it is very strange. let us know if you find the answer…

Well I will just continue to find a way to solve this problem. Hope that a reinstall is not the solution. I will keep on doing some changes reverting back to default setting and see. I have also put back my rolling cache and manual data cache back on C. drive as I just recently moved it to D:drive.

I have the exactly same problem. the beta option is unchecked by default.
I tried to check it and restart, not working.
Then I unchecked it and changed the default system locale setting into English(US), and restarted my pc, it’s working!

I’ve been bothered by this for nearly a week, It disabled the autopilot function, very very annoying!

luckily this helps solve that problem for me and never has an issue after the solution is applied.
sadly mine points north ,but there are no detours whatsoever on the map or or world map ,jsut points wrong and wont follow ,the plana pears normal on the map otherwise
