Game wont’t start error code:0x80073D26, fixing it causes MS store to unable to proceed with gaming service update

1.I first encounter a bug that won’t start the FS2020 app, showing error code:0x80073D26
Then I thought I found a solution here

However, after I reboot and type in
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
as instructed in post #5 there.
2.It starts MS store and try to download microsoft gaming service.
When I hit the update button it just disappears, and nothing happens.
3.FS2020 could not be started by any means
