Hello
I just tried to update my FS2020 today, it checks for updates on the startup but it’s like it doesn’t find anything and moves along to the menu screen. It’s on version 1.21.18.0 and there was one of those very small updates in Steam before I launched the game.
I couldn’t find anything related to this on the forum, anyone has any idea how to solve it?
Thanks
Go to the content manager in the sim.
Install all updates.
Then go to marketplace, there should be an option to buy the “free” latest version.
The small update may have been for nav data (AIRAC). There would be no version change nor additional content to download.
If you did not get the World Update 7 to download, assure that Windows is up to date. You may need to restart your PC.
Count your lucky stars.
But if you really want to update it, Google resetting Microsoft Store. That’s what has done it for most people.
I just updated MSFS 2020 to the latest version on Steam. However, when I go into Content Manager I only see World Updates I through VI installed. Where do I find World Update VII to install?
BTW, what do I need to do here to create a new Posting? I don’t see any button to do so, I can only do replies.

World Updates are found in the in-game marketplace.
So I reset MS Store first thing today, ran the game and it updated. Not sure if this was related since I use the Steam version, but something worked nonetheless. I’ll mark this as the solution. Thanks!
