Gaming UI failed to sync with the cloud

Brief description of the issue:
Gaming UI failed to sync with the cloud, forces the sim to go to offline mode, all profile and settings are not loading and lost to the cloud, done the following:

  1. signed out then in the following: Store, Xbox app and Xbox companion app.
  2. Graphic driver is up to date
  3. Windows is up to date
  4. also try again to sync with the cloud stocked at 0% and fails.
    alongside this also windows news feed could not make a connection.

Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
The issue is not created by the user.
PC specs and/or peripheral set up of relevant:
Laptop
Core i7 7th Gen
GTX 1070
64 Gigs of RAM
Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:
1.19.9.0, I have noticed the issue since October 13th.

I have the same problem, is there already a solution?

Is your system time correct?
(Also in bios)

Time is correct, in the event of bios time inconsistency everything would break not just a game. appreciate the suggestion though. :grinning:

1 In windows seacrh bar type

powershell

2 Right click on it and select run as administrator

3 Copy the command below and paste into powershell (right click to paste into powershell)

Remove-Item -Path “HKLM:\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices” -Recurse

Press Enter

4 Copy the command below and paste into powershell (right click to paste into powershell)

Remove-Item -Path “HKLM:\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServicesNet” -Recurse

Press Enter

5 Copy the command below and paste into powershell (right click to paste into powershell)

Get-AppxPackage gamingservices -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

Press Enter

6 In windows seacrh bar type

powershell

7 Right click on it and select run as administrator
8 Copy the command below and paste into powershell (right click to paste into powershell)

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Press Enter

Click get (install gaming services)
Also update all apps via microsoft store app.

Run msfs as administrator.

I found the cause of my problem: KASPERSKY INTERNET SECURITY - is blocking my Xbox App and Sim

no pending update except windows 11 that my system is not qualified for and I don’t want. the game is rendered uninstallable and basically, I can’t use this game unless buying a new system or an Xbox. brilliant
