My GNS530/430 is too dark at night to see clearly。

Try the R66 and there is another one where it doesn’t dim with panel lights being turned on.

Did you even turn them on there? Lol

Which aircraft?

You can go into the settings on the Garmin and change the brightness. It’s set to auto and full brightness but you can turn ot down.

Use the Int knob to dim the lights. You can adjust the top and bottom screen individualy

I’ve tried that…. Select to manual and use the mouse wheel to turn it down. But it is at like 8000 on e brightness setting and the wheel makes it decrease at a painfully slow rate. I got down to like 5000 after like 10 mins and didn’t notice any difference. This is on the 430/530 on the R66.

Also shouldn’t have to do that if it is set to auto by default. Auto is not working.

Yep. Tried it. Got down to -1000 and it was still bright. When i wrote the comment I just found the setting but didn’t try it.

I have this same at cessna 404. Its top brightness. I dont knows how i change it

You can’t. It’s a bug. Tried changing the bightness from 8000 to 0 and nothing changed.

Same issue, can’t adjust brightness on GNS530/430. Also make the scale 1-10 or something reasonable, nobody needs that fine of an adjustment.

Still an issue in the current beta of 31.01.2025 release, example Cessna Titan:
