AlphaPancake155,
I’m hoping the passage of time improves this sim’s operation.
It has so much potential.

It’s all about your expectations. Asobo have more than earned our trust. Sure there have been issues. They have been more than diligent in addressing them. I might suggest to those of you having a tough time flying over Manhattan in the Cj4 or TBM to come down to the Caribbean and try some VFR flying in the 152. It’s so enjoyable it should be wrong. I feel for the OP, but it sounds like he’s asking a lot of his hardware. And I understand not everyone can have a supercomputer. Best of luck.
Dude, I am not the OP. BlessingSet4676 is OP. i do not even own P3d or a Dell.
I know.
I am just saying “YOU” figuratively.
haha. Man, we would get along like a dream team in irl
BostonJeremy,
No violin being played here.
Not looking for sympathy.
The issue is, as you pointed out in my post from last week, it was running well…until last night. Again, my pc didn’t age drastically in one night to now cause this ctd issue.
This is a plagued sim that needs work.
John
The sim DOES need work and it’s being worked on…
But AGAIN… You had a smooth experience until LAST NIGHT? And THAT caused you to post a very dramatic departure announcement? Because it crashed? Who knows? Maybe you added some scenery or add-on that caused a CTD. Maybe your memory is starting to go… (both of them). Maybe your hard-drive has a bad sector now. Who knows? Too many variables. Too recent! The only thing that’s “plagued” here is your logic.
What are you looking for then? What is your intention with this thread, seriously?
BostonJeremy77,
I added nothing to this sim since it’s initial install. It just seemed to get worse with each update, necessitating another time consuming “repair.”
Yes my pc is old and not state of the art, but all was acceptable until last night.
For now, I’ve had enough, but not giving up permanently.
Again its a great sim, but for many like me, its not ready for prime time.
John
Coppersens,
Its called frustrated venting.
I spent over $90.00 on a sim that doesn’t work for me.
John
Good times. Giving up on a sim after less than 24 hours of trouble? Enjoy P3D and its prime time (which was right around the time your computer left the Dell factory). Over and out.
BostonJeremy77,
Its been 3 months of issues… not 24 hours.
I’ve been very patient and cut this sim alot of slack. Last night’s ctd, did it for me.
Time to step back for a while.
Over and out.
John
I genuinely wish you good luck on your future endeavors!
Closing this thread now, since the point has been made. Thank you again and know you’re always welcome to return.
