Glider airspeed dial marks?

The airspeed indicator on the LS8-18 has two airspeeds marked:
95 kph has an orange triangle and a blue dash, and
160 kph has “2+1” and an “L”.

What do those mean?

Found some of the info here. The orange numbers are for a different glider (one with flaps). The orange triangle is minimum approach speed for max weight.
