Ooh this has been here for a while.
I’m pretty sure that picture is of a large island, that at least for now is an autonomous territory.
I suspect if we carry on as we have been that its name will become increasingly accurate.

Since the main island is surrounded by lots of little islands, might one narrow it down to one of these, perhaps:
Islands and archipelagoes that surround the not-Red, Blue, White, Yellow, Orange, Black, or Violet Island.

So… clue 1 is we are heading east so this is south coastal facing.
Clue 2 is that looks like photogrammetry, not autogen?
Clue 3, the sun is reflecting from the south, so it’s in the northern hemisphere, probably the US.
