A) you haven’t stopped replying to me, you just did.
B) You are reporting the problem, the burden of proof falls on you as it does when someone accuses someone of a crime. Why would I have to prove my gaming experience is as advertised? No offense but you make no sense at all man. I have also thoroughly explained why your test is flawed and not really worth a thing without all the supporting information.
C) I acknowledge people are having issues, I have many times. I am sympathetic to that. Every PC user does have issues with different things occasionally, sadly it’s how it is. I’ve only been on these forums offering help and support since day one.
So just stop, everyone’s game is not broken, there is a solution to your issues, what have you tested to resolve it? If the answer is nothing (besides trashing MSFS and the Devs on the forums) then just turn your PC off and do something else until more updates and GPU drivers come out increase the stability of the sim in all scenarios.

I think it is quite silly to keep arguing about problems being present or not. I’m not having a lot of issues but I reckon and sympathize with those that are because I could be next.
I would like to suggest that you guys list what mods are you using instead of specs. I highly doubt an update can be causing problems for people with one graphic card but not others or cpus. I think a mod or combination of mods can be problematic, even liveries.
I say this because I have very modest specs (i5, 16gb, 1080gtx) and I can run the CRJ at about 20-30 fps on high settings. Not spectacular but clearly better or similar to people with really higher specs.
In case it helps I have very very few mods: A320NX, pushbackhelper and a few airports.
I don’t use AI or real traffic, only Vatsim and I don’t use the in-game ATC at all.

Totally agree
It’s not just as simplistic as a FPS counter as some people here in a limited way think.
Just turning AI off as you say gives me a 30 FPS increase
If they ever optimise just that area it would increase everybody’s experience
I Agree. Thanks for the constructive comment. I wish everyone was as reasonable.

Tell me then, why have Asobo acknowledged the issue and mentioned that they are working on a fix “ASAP”? Would Asobo have done this if it really were just due to people being “incapable of getting their system working properly”? Also, my inclusion of the FPS counter was merely so we could have empirical data to work off of, rather than your subjective interpretation of what looks smooth or not. It really is amazing how incapable you are of writing a reply without your snarky little remarks. I do find it funny though that the second someone requests for proof of your ridiculous claims, you go onto a defensive little rant calling others incapable and failing to back up your claims. But again, if this really is just due to me being “incapable” of getting my system working properly, why has Asobo acknowledged this as a top issue which they are working on?

Ah, so it’s a lie to just appease the countless individuals who reported the issue and not because a problem on their end actually exists? Do you realize how dumb that sounds?

Your right ofcourse
Enjoy waiting for the patch
And we will wait for the next issue which causes you stuttering and you can wait for that forthcoming patch
In the mean time I will continue enjoying my flying
Oh dear

Subjective interpretation of someones system running fine is the ONLY measure that counts.
Because otherwise, how would you define if a system can run a software fine? 30fps, 60 fps, 120fps at 1080 or 4k? There is no universal rule that says something is running fine - it all comes down to one thing: subjective interpretation!

Yeah that’s what I thought LOL - a total aversion to the question and yet another snarky little remark.

Hallo Also seit das Update 1.14.5.0 bei installiert ist sind im jedem Flugzeug alle Displays Dunkel
Ich kann euch nur Sagen es ist eine Verzweiflung.
I fly at 1080p which is perfectly acceptable to me and have no problem getting 50-60 FPS in rural areas and 30-40 in urban areas. This is PC flight simming, so you really have to experiment with the graphics settings to find the compromises that work for you. There is a YouTube video out there that shows low, med, high, ultra for all the different settings. This was helpful to determine where I could drop some settings down and not see much visual difference.
My PC is at the low end of the specs for sure:
i5 3470 @ 3.4 Ghz
16 GB RAM
1660 Super 6GB Vram
SATA SSD for OS and flight sim
I may not be seeing the amazing graphics that others can at 4k Ultra, but coming from many years with X-Plane, MSFS runs surprisingly well for how good it looks. I was skeptical of all the pre-launch hype and sat out until last December before buying Flight Simulator because I was satisfied with X-Plane with ortho tiles in the areas I like to fly. The only thing that bugged me about X-Plane graphics were the trees. I could never get them to look good.
VR also performs surprisingly well considering my system specs.
Of course, my FPS tanks if I hit one of the bugged tiles or whatever is causing the problem. Right down to 8-10 FPS and UI becomes unresponsive. In those cases, I drop a user point in Little Nav Map to try and avoid the area in the future.
You should practice what you preached to juiceman about trying to analyse people from their responses
But ofcourse you won’t because you cannot accept the truth that some people factually or subjectively are enjoying the simulator
And instead of being a decent human being and saying well good for you, you insist on wanting to belittle people who are happy in what they are doing.
That with all your pontificating just makes you a sad individual

Below is the image requested (landing at 07R at KLAX). I’m sending it in good faith, not trying to make any point. This is totally subjective, but I can’t tell any stutters in a situation like the one shown below despite the fps marker showing red lines. What I would describe as stutters is what I experienced back in the times of X-Plane and X-Enviro. In MSFS what I get nowadays is occasional few second pauses that come back to life in most cases.

it is ‘accept’, not ‘except’
Certain locations in the sim are broken. Simple as that, and repeatedly demonstrable (76T being an example).
Everything is usually fine where I normally fly apart from the odd scenery loading hitch here and there, but there is obviously an issue that needs fixing.
For people who fly in the affected areas, the sim is basically broken.

Exactly
Irrespective of the red lines
I bet subjectively you are enjoying the simulator
Which some people here just cannot accept
Keep enjoying the simulator

before UK update + latest update :
fps : 35s to 80s , no stutters , actually first time MSFS was perfectly optimized even with A32NX on populated airports/cities.
After UK update + latest update:
same as above but with random fps drops and stutters ( with out a reason even on low/demanding areas). This is something that Asobo are investigating and will fix ASAP.
