There’s another bug report for what I think might be what you’re describing (the virtual keyboard). It’s still open and it’s in the hands of QA:

ISSUE DESCRIPTION Description of the issue: When in Career mode and in any aircraft, opening the Xbox’s Virtual Keyboard (When trying to add fuel in the EFB, open a text box, really anytime you open the keyboard up during a flight in Career you’ll immediately receive an Unexpected Error Code: 310-400-00201 Also when returning to the main menu it is glitched as well, need a full reboot to resolve the broken menu.
