Sort of. It’s a known quibble, but what you can do is wait for the torque and rpm to fall below “flight capable”. then slowly and gently pull the collective up to full. This will make the rotors increase pitch & drag which helps slow them down.
They don’t seem to ever stop. At least, I’ve yet to be that patient.
