Help needed MS flightsim 2024 marketplace

Hi I’m new here and need some help please
Here the problem
I am playing msfs 2024 aniversary edition through Xbox gamepass cloud,
I am unable to purchase any of the addons through the games marketplace , when for example I go to marketplace and choose to purchase a spitfire to purchase and download all that I get is a spinning Xbox symbol in middle of screen and eventually I have to come outbypressing back button on controller .can anyone please help .

Are you using FS2024 or FS2020?

The Marketplace is not available in the Flight Simulator 2024 Tech Alpha.

It seems strange that it’s not available asi can see it and view all the add ons

Are you sure? There’s no such product. (You might be playing Flight Simulator 20th Anniversary Edition, the current name of the 2020 release.)

Vibstronium is correct, this tech alpha is only for MSFS to evaluate telemetry and feedback for online services. There are no Marketplace addons available for FS 2024 yet.

Yes you are correct I have Microsoft flight simulator 40th aniversary edition that I am playing on Xbox gamepass and unable to purchase and download aircraft or add ons viewed in its marketplace section of the game

I don’t have a problem similar to the greyed out market place mentioned in article link you kindly sent
I can fully access market place and view all products and details , it’s when I click the purchase and download button that it won’t take me to a payment screen only a screen with a spinning Xbox ‘X’ and nothing else happens
