There are quite a few posts on this which are relevant. In very brief summary, you can configure the throttle easily using the in-sim mappings by following the videos by rmag (I link them below). Note that there are a couple of “fix” videos of his that are really well worth watching. However, before you do that, make sure you download and run the software from Honeycomb that enables the LEDs on the throttle.
