The trim wheel on the Bravo Throttle Quadrant works poorly, a lot of physical input gives extremely small increments in the sim. It renders the trim wheel unusable. Please fix and make this partner product fully workable.
(I’ve read that it worked better in the previous versions, but I just started with MSFS some days ago, hence have no history of using earlier versions of the sim)
This is an issue within the Sim, rather than being mapped to an axis that would be smooth / consistant it is mapped to button presses, this was done to make it more controllable / usable on an XBOX Controller.

Probably not an easy fix within MSFS, so I suggest you search this forum for external solutions.
I use SPAD.neXt myself because it solves this and so much more. It’s payware, but freeware solutions also exist.
