why is it that the landing animation for AI aircraft on OLD OLD FSX are better than the ones on this sim? kinda depressing

I rly hope they will work on this! Not just for the Ai aircraft. Maby you should add this to the #self-service:wishlist and get some votes

Yes too bad, although the sound is not bad, I can hear the aircraft taxiing and landing, but the visual effects are terrible and their lights switch off at touchdown…hope this will be fixed soon; you’re right Kongaming27 FSX and P3D light effects were much much better; I don’t understand why it is so hard to fix… let’s wait and hope
In my case i’d like to remove or replace this awful generic aircraft who looks like a zombie a380

I think pretty much any AI traffic animation is brutal.

Agree. AI traffic is the worst component of MSFS. Need more models, liveries and better movement on the ground.
Unfortunately it doesn’t look like an addon is coming in the near future to resolve this. Xplane and P3d are miles ahead in this area.
yup, the sim is so ridiculously unfinished in some parts, i stopped playing for now, too
much management blah blah etc etc
i be back next year or so to try again.

I dunno if it’s fair to compare a simulator that has been out on the market for 4 years (X-Plane 11) and 11 years (Prepar3d) with an established community, with a sim that is just a year old.
