Haze thicker than METAR value

SU7 Steam build Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it? no Brief description of the issue: At an airport reporting visibility 8sm, actual depicted weather in sim was about 3 miles visibility based on known distance to obects in the area (Tested an an airport I have real world experience with).
