I cannot turn off or reset the data limit and I think this is causing issues with the market place

@brlowe1965 you already have data limitation off, so what are the market place issues?
I started with the reset day at 1 and was thinking yesterday maybe it was the day of the month so tried moving it up. I have made changes and saved and restarted and it does not seem to help. Looking at the screen shot with the red bar and the LIMIT 0.00 GIB it looks to me like it thinks I have hit the limit and I cannot reset.
In the marketplace and cannot buy any thing as both buy buttons are greyed out and being at the data limit was one of the things listed as a problem so that is why I’m chasing this.

This is the only Xbox related app I have and I did try the log out and back in thing and restarted.
I will try and remove any and everything from the community folder and see if that helps.
So I removed everything from community (only had 3 items, Realsimgear, an airport and a UImod) and it still does not work. I adjusted the days back to one, logged out and back into xbox and still nothing.
While in the market place I did click on an item I already owned and the content manager button was active and worked, just not the buy buttons on new items.
I was connected to North Europe as always so I changed it to West USA and then to auto and logged out and back in and it made no difference. Still cannot buy.
I do not have an xbox app. I just have FS2020 and it uses an Xbox login when you log out and log back in. It has not been working for 2 days now. I tried to find an answer by searching the net and tried many things before posting here so it has been going on at least 36 hours.
Sorry as extra info, I do not think it is authentication as I can log out and then back in and go to the marketplace and it know what Items I have already purchased so it must be identifying me.

Check you computer data limit settings in windows
Did not even know Windows 10 had a data limit option. I have no limit set. I average well over 1TB per month, I’m a software engineer that works from home so always transferring data.
This has to be asked… are you using a VPN? If so, this could be your problem.

The Market place uses Steam if you purchase FS2020 from there and not MS Store. When you do a purchase in the Marketplace after clicking the Buy option the Steam overlay opens and you complete the purchase from steam. I have made a few purchases in the past and this is how it works.
