I bought the FS Premium Deluxe Update, Miami Scenery and others; but with all of them I have the
problem with DOWNLOAD FAILED. I been trying logged out the account and logging back in and download them again one by one, and same problem. I need somebody help, since I paid top dollars for these software. Please find below the screenshot for the errors.
Quit the sim. Restart. Go into the content manager (under the Profile tab) and check all missing content you need to download.
Be warned, the content manager needs some work, and there are items in there that you cannot (yet) download mixed in with the stuff you need.
It is a known bug that should be fixed in future patches.
I had a similar problem trying to download the free Aerosoft Paderborn airport. It would start downloading then at a random way through the download it would stop and say Download Failed.
I tried different servers, different times of day, but it just wouldn’t complete so I gave up.
But then I had the same problem with some (but not all) of the Japan update packages.
After checking the official FAQ it mentioned setting your Data Connection speed under Options menu to Unlimited. I thought no way it would be something so simple, but i had changed it to 40Mb/s when I first installed the program. So I changed it to unlimited.
It worked.

I found out the problem is something to do with the internet speed. someone suggested me to switch to wire instead of wireless. Unfortunately, I could not do it for personal reasons but it helps me to wait very late at night when the internet use is minimum. It really works on my.
I was unable to download the premium deluxe upgrade packs from the market place. Failed downloads for all components. Changed bandwidth from 20mb to unlimited and it fixed the issue.

Unlimited bandwidth fixed the issue for me as well. I figured with my slow internet service I would not actually get to 20-mb/s so no need to move to unlimited bandwidth, glad I did as it removed a point of frustration. Thanks!
You absolutely legend, I’ve been having issues installing the spitfire, as soon as I switched the games data bandwidth to unlimited it stated.
