How many ways can you insert a link in your posts, other than copy and paste?

Hi there, How many ways can you insert a link in your posts? Any help is greatly appreciated. TIA

There are many ways to do this.

You can OneBox your link by placing it on it’s own line like so:

You can also insert links by themselves on one line and will automatically be shortened: https://forums.flightsimulator.com/

Or, you can create a hyper link like this by placing your link in brackets and the text you want to show in parenthesis.
