hello all, is there a way to find in the airport charts the gates suitable for my 777?
i am having trouble, once i land, to locate the heavy gates…

Most airport charts won’t have a dedicated section for heavies. My go-to is to open Flightradar24 or FlightAware and search for recent heavy departures/arrivals and find the gates that way. You can also look at the satellite view of an airport on google maps or bing maps and see where they’re parked. A good indicator is dual jetways.
Also just beware that most default airports are going to be missing heavy gates or have them in wrong places or have them be too small. If you have an addon airport (world update, marketplace, etc.) they’re more likely to be correct.

As noted above, FR24, FlightAware or other tracking site can often help you. Also sometimes worth a quick Google to see which terminal/pier at any specific airport is typically used for whatever airline livery you’re flying. (e.g. search for “British Airways Heathrow International departures” and then compare the charts for whatever part of the airport that airline uses to find a suitable gate.

The easiest way is to just check Flightaware or FlightRadar and see what companies are parking where in real world.
