How to get my lost flights back from the SImToolkitPro sync server?

Hello all,

I lost my flights a while back during the migration to another system. And I want to restore them from the sync server.

But, as you can see in the attached picture, I never have access to “My logbook” in my online account section of the STKP website. Why is that? The same also goes for “My fleet”. I have the STKP account for 9 months now, but it keep on displaying “Soon”. What is this? Am I doing something wrong? If not, when is this going to be fixed?

Also I lost part of my logbook, so it would be great if it still was stored on the website. But I doubt it, as I never saw any logbook there, only “Soon”.

Does anyone have an idea what causes this?

Please let me know, I would be happy to get this fixed.

You need to contact SimToolkit Pro for assistance. 3rd Party Support/Bug Reporting should be sent to the designated support funnels of each 3rd Party Developer, and should not be conducted in these forums.
