Why am I looking at a queue and server issues just to get to the settings? I’d like to be using this time to be setting up my controllers.
How do I bypass this nonsense?
Impossible, game exists outside your PC so without successfully talking to the internet first, you shall do nothing.
Unfortunately there isn’t any access to the Settings or Menus while the queue is up.

Do you have more information about this? Is it true or is it just a default message that shows up automatically after a while even without progress?
