How to get XB-1

so, how do we acquire XB-1 plane, shown in PS5 reveal trailer? we get T-38 Talon for pre-ordering the game, but none of the game version, not even aviator, seem to include it..

It hasn’t been released yet. From what I know all users will get the XB-1 on release, your chart is from the initial FS24 release on PC/XBOX.

PS5 versions dont include the same planes as Xbox version did? I thought they’re the same.

so you’re saying every version of the game will get it no additional cost when it releases? no matter if I preorder or not?

The chart was accurate a year ago, but doesn’t show the PS5 additions. As I understand, the PS5 edition will have all of the aircraft from that chart and the XB-1 and T-38 (for preorders).

Everyone will get the XB-1. We don’t know if PC/XBOX users will get the T-38, I think it’ll be a purchase for these users.

so you’re saying base PS5 version will have all of Xbox aviator edition planes?

because PlayStation Store says about PS5 versions:

base - 70 aircraft

deluxe - 80 aircraft

premium deluxe - 95 aircraft

aviator 125 aircraft

This chart reflects “default” aircraft. There have been four Local Legends/Famous Flyers that were released for 2024 and given to all 2024 owners as “Make Good” aircraft to compensate for the rough launch, including:

• Local Legend 20: CAP-4 Paulistinha
• Famous Flyer 11: Cessna 185F Skywagon
• Famous Flyer 12: Piper PA-28-236 Dakota
• Local Legend 21: Eurocopter EC135

As I understand it, these aircraft are included with all versions of 2024 but are not listed in the graphic you showed because they weren’t part of the launch catalog of aircraft, and they’re technically part of a payware series of aircraft but included for free as part of the “Make Good” program. It’s not abundantly clear whether or not these four will be included with PS5 editions or if they’ll be more traditional payware aircraft as the previous Local Legends and Famous Flyers have always been.

The T-38 Talon is slated to be Famous Flyer 13 (and available either as a preorder bonus for PS5 users or as a purchasable aircraft in the Marketplace for everyone else on all platforms) and the XB-11 is expected to be Famous Flyer 14 (and will be released for free to all users of the sim across all platforms, coinciding with the release of the PS5 version of the sim).
