I had this problem too. You need to go into your control assignments and reset the mouse to the default commands.

Hey! I did it! I set the mouse control assignments back to default.
You might want to go back to your General Options under Accessibility and change the Cockpit Interaction to Legacy instead of Lock. Legacy is optimised for using mouse hardware.
