Hi all,
I installed FBW A32NX for a while, and works good. Last week, the livery I flight for a while, the panel switch back to default A320Neo. I am not sure what happen, reinstall FBW A32NX didn’t help. How do I change it back to FBW A32NX?
Thank you very much.
The A32NX is now a separate and standalone aircraft.
First step is to delete any trace of the old A32NX or FlyByWire mod from your community folder. Delete them all.
Then use the FBW Installer (version 1.1.4 or later) to download and install the latest version of the mod.
In the sim, you should see 2 separate aircraft. The Asobo Airbus A320 will be the default vanilla aircraft. But there’s also the FlyByWire Simulations A320 (Leap) aircraft. Use this one if you want to fly the A32NX mod. Otherwise, if you select the Asobo Airbus A320 you would be flying the vanilla aircraft.
How about the custom livery? Could we edit something like aircraft.cfg to use FBW A32NX panel?
Or copy the livery to A32NX folder?
You have to edit all CFG files to change anything with Asobo_A320_Neo to FlyByWire_A320_Neo.
This includes Aircraft.cfg, model.cfg, and texture.cfg
You can use this tutorial for Liveries: https://docs.flybywiresim.com/start/convert-liveries/
Yeapp, this is a nice tutorial on how to do it. But I’ve already converted all my liveries before I knew this was already written.
