Is there a way to make the airspeed in the HUD show in MPH instead of Knots?

Also, is there a way to remove the Compass image from the mini HUD?
From my knowledge, there is no way to change any configuration of the cockpit view HUD & external full/mini HUD.
OK. Thanks. I only use a HUD in lieu of not being able to spawn another window with the instrument panel in it for another monitor. Since that solution is not on Asobo’s to-do list I’m using the work-around of a HUD. But I’d like a real mini-HUD without graphics on the screen, and MPH instead of Knots (must be a French thing).
