After the update I cannot adjust the yoke, pedals or trim wheel. They no longer appear in the controls screen.

My Boeing Yoke does not recognize and pedals. What. No settings show up. Plug my old one 8n and it works. Need assistance boeing yoke not responding in settings.

After the update my Saitek devices are not showing up in the controls screen and I cannot adjust them.

Have you tried unplugging them from the USB and then plugging them back in to see if the sim then detects them?
