I could set up MSFS 2024 for offline playing?

I am installing MSFS 2024 on my Notebook for the first time and I was asked to set this PC as my PC that will not require an internet connection fro playing.

2 times are left fort changing this PC to another machine.

The screen you show is for Xbox Apps in general (You can see it in the Xbox App under Settings > App)
It is not specific to MSFS 2024. MSFS 2024 requires an Internet connection in order to play. If, during flight, network connectivity is lost, the flight will end after a few minutes when requested data from the MS servers is not available.
