I noticed that in the content manager many items says : newest version required in order to update…
Which version version is needed ?
When i check dependencies for this item i see :

It is a reference to the upcoming update version that pops up every couple weeks prior to the new patch/update coming out. It will go away after the update 7 on 11/24, for example. Likely will reappear with a difference version number prior to the 8th update, and again thereafter.
