As soon as I take off from KSFO, I get this continuous loop of Salina info.
Is there any way to fix it?

Similar issue has been reported in FS2020 where users even if switching to a different frequency than the default 124.850 (Salinas ATIS), ATIS was in loop, impossible to stop it:

Spawning at KSFO, COM2 is tuned by default on this frequency, so check it on your aircraft and if the same, select a different frequency or disable COM2.
I’ve found some aircraft have COM2 and/or COM3 active, even when there is no COM2 and/or COM3 in the virtual cockpit to manipulate. Therefore, you’re still stuck hearing ATIS for KSNS with no easy means of stopping it other than using the default ATC window to, hopefully, tune an alternate frequency.
Why is this happening only in KSFO? Is this an MSFS2024 bug?
I get random ATIS taking off from different helipads and airports in the LA region. I can go for weeks without it happening and then there will be a day or two when it’s every flight.
I even get occasions when selecting KLAX Tower off the nearest airport list I’ll notice the frequency isn’t the usual 119.80 and I’ll then get a random ATIS. Luckily setting the frequency manually I’ll be able to listen to the relevant Airport.
Tonight was a random ATIS night. Started a few flights from KSMO but got an ATIS each time. This was using an Xbox on SU5 Beta 1.7.21.0.
Last night I departed from KSFO; I got not only ATIS from San Fran but Salina over each other.
The issue here has a couple of origins.
- KSFO is in close proximity to KSNS (Salinas)
- ATIS for KSNS is 124.850
- The sim’s FLT files are setup by default to turn COM1, COM2, & COM3 to 124.850
- Most devs leave these FLT COM tunings to that default
- Many aircraft seem to have COM2 and/or COM3 active even when they may not have a COM2 and COM3 radio in the virtual cockpit
I have found that, on aircraft without a COM2 & COM3 in the virtual cockpit, I’ve had to open the built-in ATC/Comms window, click on the COM2 and/or COM3 tab and use the menu there to tune to some other frequency to get it to stop.
