Hello community, I want to ask you for a solution to my question and it is that I have been using the version of MSFS2020 via ms-store, and I would like to buy the premium-deluxe version but the question is: how do I know that I have the deluxe and the premium together? and I have all the complete content?. because I’ve been looking for a lot of information about it, and I haven’t been able to find any, and I don’t know whether to save for the deluxe version and then buy the premium-deluxe, since I really don’t know if these versions come together or I have to buy them both apart to be able to have all the complete content of the game
All three are the same as far as the game itself. The Deluxe and Premium just have additional airplanes and airports. Maybe a couple of other things, but they’re not required. The basic version is all you need to fly.
You can upgrade at any time if you wish. So if you buy the basic, you can upgrade later to premium-deluxe without needing to pay the full price again.
Premium Deluxe includes content from Premium and Base versions. You can buy just the one you prefer based on your budget.
Premium Deluxe does come with all the content in the base game + Premium version, but its subjective to say whether it’s “worth it.”
If you dont have either currently, you’ll know because you wont have “Premium Content” and “Premium Deluxe Content” in your content manager.
The issue is buying a version with less content and then regretting it and wanting to upgrade when apparently upgrading is disproportionately expensive.
No. The issue is that the concept of Premium, Premium Deluxe is deceptive to some people. It implies that the Base package has less game features, when in fact it is exactly the same. Only the addition of a couple of airplanes and scenery makes the other versions ‘Premium’. I almost went for the Premium because I always do for things like Audio, Photo or Video. Those always have additional working features.
MSFS does not, the program in the Premium Deluxe is the same as in the Standard.
There is a C172 steam gauge enhancement payware mod that requires Deluxe because base game only has C172 glass cockpit. Something to perhaps keep in mind if buying to fly a high fidelity C172 steam gauge. Probably not that important to most.
Plus the Baron G58 is a nice aircraft with the freeware enhancement mod. Also only in Deluxe.
I’ve been told the 787 is also the best default airliner, only in Premium Deluxe, but probably better to put the money saved toward a payware airliner imo.
That’s my point. Potential buyers who are just getting into flight sim may not realize that all they’re getting are a few additional aircraft.
One day MS/Asobo will be adding a few more “free” planes to the Premium Deluxe version and not the base version to “Stimulate” the purchasers to opt for the Premium Deluxe versions.
just buy the basic the deluxe is a slap in ur face
