HI there, I think I’m going to purchase the F-15. What do you guys think?

Does it work in VR?

Its fun,flying it right now.40$ ain’t too bad compared to DCS study level modules. Its coming with updates like better cockpit textures. I am most excited for the mach 2 update.Also simacoustics will be doing brand new sound package. ATM they make the best sound packages for x-plane 11.
Overall its going to be a solid product after updates

I also have the MB339 but this thing is a beast in comparison reaches 40kft under 5mins.Current flight :slight_smile: "

It works well in VR.The VR pilots are having a blast with it :wink: that will depend on your rig.

Try and and mod it with one of the two out there. There are plenty of updates coming. Its not perfect by no means but got much better this weekend with mods. TAA tearing is a thing with huds on all planes. Reduce your TAA settings when flying this plane and you will enjoy. I did, and I was also one who was very disappointed in the initial release. Some of my issues were modded so pretty happy with things so far.

Graphic Settings. You will see TAA or FXAA turn it off.

Anti-Aliasing - Hud and Panels cause it to tear. If you really don’t care about the panels and hud then leave Anti on TAA. I have a 2080ti running ULTRA settings with a 4k monitor. Head Tracker. There are two mods out there you can add the panel mod to either it works. Or you can modify the panel config file your choice. Thanks

Thanks I just turned the TAA off…I will then go and get the 2 mods at flight.to Oh also have an RTX 2060.

I think you’ll like it ok, and I’m optimistic that it is going to improve a good bit, so probably a good buy. I’m happy I have it,
