HUD system as been simulated as far as I’m aware - haven’t seen any streamers using it so far. I do not know if it is a customer option or it comes installed as default in Max as in 737ng HGS was customer option.
I can confirm that the HUD is modelled in the iFly 737 MAX8, and is an option in the EFB as to whether it’s activated in the flight deck or not. I’m not much of a HUD user in the 737, but it’s functioning very nicely on the limited occasions I have used it!

Eh, I got paid on Friday and have fun money burning a hole in my pocket. 
It’s gonna be a couple years before PMDG gets around to theirs, it sounds like. If I fly this one even only 20 times in the next year, it’s like $3.50 per flight. My wife and I got Panera for lunch on Friday and it was $30!

Was going to do a delivery flight from KPAE to the new SWA crew base at my home airport of KBNA, but it looks like the Southwest livery (liveries?) aren’t quite ready yet. Might do a United flight to KSFO instead. That’s what I did for the PMDG 777 first flight too.

Ohh yeah they released a pre-release version I think - I am also going to get it and then do a short hop done by a popular European carrier quite regularly

If you mean Ryanair then their liveries are also missing in the iFly manager. I decided to do my first flight with another large european Max operator instead:
