IFR EDFM-ESMS approach airport lights issue

Lights on destination airport dissapearing/floating

To reproduce simply setup an ifr flight edfm-esms in a tbm9 at night around FL270, Live Weather, Live Traffic, Group Only and do it.

The issue only occurs on destination airports. If I setup IFR ESMS-EDFM the same issu applies for EDFM whereas ESMS is perfectly fine. It happens pretty much at any destination airport if not any.

Flickering and partially disappearing airport/runway lights

This absolutely deserves a hot fix. It cannot be reproduced on every night flight, but on approach the runway lights sometimes flicker severely, or have a third of the runway lights disappear. Additionally, the lighting seems to extinguish as we travel past it. It almost seems like there are render scaling issues again.
